Garoll adopts a managerial sistemic approach, based on the principles of the Decalogue of W.Edwards Deming.
This indicates the stability and predicibility by means of the steady reduction of variability as a guide line, basical idea of our working method. The latter, therefore, has been precisely modified so that the integration between departments has been simplified, and the internal and external process fluxes has been supported efficiently.
Garoll is a multi-project company that has overcome the problem of sincronizing all activites using a restricted number of resources. After a careful research of its activities and all available resources, Garoll has taken into count the principles expressed in the Theory of Constraints. Thanks to this theory, Garoll has under control and identifies on time, along the production chain, where the weak ring is. Then, it squeezes it so to obtain the maximum productivity, subordinating, though, all production chain to this ring, so that the throughput will be maximized.
The Theory of Constraints is not only a way to optimize the administration of orders – less time and maximum quality in the completion of all projects - but also a life philosophy, a way of being a great business.
