After a careful research of its activities and all available resources, Garoll has taken into count the principles expressed in the Theory of Constraints. Thanks to this theory, Garoll has under control and identifies on time, along the production chain, where the weak ring is. Then, it squeezes it so to obtain the maximum productivity, subordinating, though, all production chain to this ring, so that the throughput will be maximized.
