Big sized shower trays
production plant delivered.
 A
new important commission was achieved by Garoll. The italian firm
has delivered on last may, a cell that produces very large shower
trays.
This system is actually made of three high-pressure casting machines
that demould horizontally by rotating the mould 90°, and of
a robot that works within the machines. The most peculiar characteristics
of this cell, apart from producing very large shower trays that
can reach a maximum dimension of 1550x800mm fired, even of different
shapes, are a complete automation of the production process, which
means no manual intervention, and its future easy integration with
new machines that will expand the productivity of this system. Once
again, Garoll's traditional cell production system is a winner,
and confirms it as the undisputed leader in producing automated
sanitaryware plants. This is because all demoulding, deposit and
fettling processes, and all transport from the demoulding to the
drying cells are carried out by robots.
