New deal with Chini
Cord, Iran, to expand their production.
 Garoll
has entered a new phase for what it concerns the order that Chini
Cord, an important iranian sanitaryware producer, has commissioned
to the former. The objective is to increase the productivity of
the Kermanshah Plant of another 855.000 pieces/year in stock, and
it is only the first step of a larger project that is addressed
to become even more ambitious. This renewed productivity will be
increased by Garoll by means of:
- traditional casting plants for closet production thanks to the
successful LEM-48RA
manipulator, that carries out the demoulding all automatically,
and positions them on the deposit conveyor belt;
- HPC-201/140
high-pressure casting plants, with a robot to automatize operations,
which are meant to produce wash basins and all other 2-part mould
pieces;
- RGS,
robotized glazing plants, whose new plant concept allows to join
flexibility and complete process automation, thanks to the complete
modularity of all components;
- Two 61 metres first-firing tunnel kilns with glaze tunnel dryer;
- 1 6-cars shuttle kiln for final firing.
With this commission, Garoll strengthens its position in the market
as an affordable, competitive firm even when the product is commissioned
on the road.
