NEW RELEVANT ORDER FOR GAROLL S.R.L.

Last year was due with a relevant statement for Garoll S.r.l. that, just after the Christmas Holidays, has subscribed with Russ Tiles, the important russian company that works for the tile market, a relevant business for the supply of a new complete sanitary ware plant. The future ceramic plant, which will see the lights near the city of Noginsk, around 60km from Moscow, was created to produce yearly 500.000 pieces off-the-shelf.
The supply comprehends, among other things, the creation of a complete equipped laboratory for testing body and glaze, an AP-SR1 high-pressure casting unit for stick-on-rim closets, HPC-201/170 high-pressure casting machines for the production of wash basins, columns and tanks, LEM and LVA low-pressure casting benches for the casting of open-rim and tessellated closets for the former, and wash-basins for the latter. Moreover, a chamber drier, two robotized glazing lines, a 67 metres tunnel kiln and a 4-cars shuttle kiln for refiring are comprehended in the supply.
The partnership established between Garoll S.r.l. and Russ Tiles is already projected into the future, as in the future a doubling of the production capacity is in forecast.
