THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN GAROLL AND SANITARI POZZI OF GAETA CONTINUES.

The past month of December 2003, an agreement was reached between Sanitari Pozzi, Gaeta, Italy, italian firm representing the Sanitec Group in Italy, and Garoll for the supply of a low-pressure casting plant BC-M15 for the casting of shower trays. This new unit will join the four twin machines that are in activity since 1999. The peculiar characteristics of this plant are:
· The possibility to equip the casting line for the production of any model obtained with two-parts moulds and necessiting a vertical casting and horizontal demoulding.
· The M-15 manipulator for the execution of all demoulding phases in an automatic cycle. During these phases, the operator can handle other activites, such as cleaning and talc of the just demoulded plaster mould and the preparation for demoulding of the following mould.
· All pieces produced undergo all manipulations (lifting, translations and rotations) when they still are inside the mould, and will leave it only when they are in a horizontal position and finally leant on the demoulding plate.
· The automatic loader CA-M15 allows the automatic loading of the just demoulded piece on each sides of multi-shelved trolleys.
· The electric board that allows for automatic or manual cycles.
