GAROLL GROUNDS ITS PRESENCE IN SOUTH AMERICA.

Operative since years with its own plants in some countries of Latin America, Garoll has recently signed a new commission in this part of the world.
In facts, the well-known italian company that operates in the sanitary ware production sector has recently closed an agreement with the Chilean group CISA, for the supply of two robotized glazing lines that will be delivered to two companies part of the south american Group.
Garoll's sanitary ware robotized glazing system represents a new concept that, thanks to its high modularity and integrability of the different components, allows to combine maximum flexibility with total process automation.
This ensues the reduction of mechanical components even though respecting the automatic execution of all operations foreseen in this process phase.
The objective has been achieved by removing all those mono-functional mechanisms and the use of multi-functional antropomorphous robots that become the high flexible and efficient elements that integrate all modules of the glazing line.
The glazing booth, completely sealed, supplied with automatic doors and aspiration ducts with filters, the 2-position glazing turrets with self-cleaning plates and the glaze dosing system with mass flow meter represent only a small part of the innovative components of Garoll's glazing unit.
