SANINDUSA AND GAROLL: A REINFORCEMENT OF THE PARTNERSHIP.

Between the well-known company Sanindusa, of Aveiro, Portugal, and Garoll, a recent agreement for the supply to the portuguese ceramic of an HPC-201T/170 pressure casting machine for the production of consolle basins with horizontal demoulding, complete with resin moulds, was signed.
The new pressure casting machine will join the existing one, and will be served by the already installed robot which will execute all demoulding phases. A complete production unit, which is expression of Garoll's most advanced technology, was established.
The HPC-201T/170 pressure casting machine allows for the production of shower trays and consolle basins and, in general, for all those pieces that, for their dimension and peculiar characteristics, need to be horizontally demoulded. The horizontal demoulding is obtained thanks to the 90° rotation of the movable mould frame. In this position, the robot, equipped with a tool on which a demoulding plate is layed, positions itself under the movable frame and demoulds automatically the piece, laying it then on a trolley for its next fettling phase.
The system's modularity, typical of Garoll's HPC casting units, allows, moreover, the future integration with a completely automatic fettling unit.
