GAROLL GETS INTO CYCLING SPONSORSHIP.

On Saturday, January the 29th, the birth of the professional Cycling Team "Ceramica Flaminia" was held at Hotel Aldero in Civita Castellana, Viterbo, Italy.
Garoll has participated as official co-sponsor of the team with its logo that will be put on the runner's official shirt. There were also present Mr. Franco Chioccioli, "maglia rosa" of the Italian Cycling Tour in 1991, as godfather of the team.
Ceramica Flaminia, moreover, has held its 50th year of activity in the ceramic sanitary ware market; its president, Mr. Augusto Ciarrocchi, has forcefully wanted the birth of a professional cycling team, due to the good results obtained in the last years as sponsor of another cycling team.
14 runners in total, with captain Massimo Podenzana and Simone Bogheresi, team manager is Roberto Marrone and Maurizio Bruni. The team will participate to all italian professional cycling calendar races and also some at european level.
As a beginning, the first race held in Donoratico (Livorno, Italy) on the 6th of February, has had an optimistic result, with the pole Krystzof Sczcawinski in 7th place and a general good behaviour of the whole team, this latter said by sector's experts.
