PIECE DEMOULDING IN HORIZONTAL POSITION
The machine was designed for the production of cabinet basins and fittings that, due to their particular geometry, require horizontal casting and demoulding. The two mould supports are mounted horizontally on an adjustable inclination base. The fixed mould support is attached to the machine base and has reference systems for the closure jacks. The mobile mould support is flitted on an electrically powered vertical slide with the drive transmitted by the motor to the mobile semi-mould by means of a recirculating ball screw group. The 16 deformation-control closure cylinders are mounted on the mobile mould support. Like all the presses in the HPC series, the 201H also uses the controlled deformation mould closure system. This limits the deformation of the mould closing surfaces to a minimum, which is necessary for sealing and to ensure perfect repetition of any deformation through time. This characteristic directly influences the mould, maximizing its useful life.

SPACE
The dimensions of the mould support structure and the number of closure cylinders (variable from 10 to 18) are scaled in relation to the maximum dimensions of the mould to be installed on the machine.

This press can also be equipped with the new quick mould change system, recently patented, that allows the replacement of one of the fitted moulds in a maximum time of 30 minutes. This system, applicable to all the presses in the HPC series, permits the resumption of normal production with a new mould in an extremely limited time (30 minutes). This device completes the new HPC-201H/220 press, lending it unrivalled flexibility in use and making it suitable for the production of items even in medium to small volumes.
