HPC 201T
Vertical high pressure casting plant with horizontal demoulding

The GAROLL pressure casting plant HPC-201T is suitable for producing solid and drain cast sanitary ware from 2 part moulds and with automatic horizontal demoulding.
The maximum dimensions of the resin mould are 1.700 x 1.250 mm and it can contain from 1 to 8 cavities according to type of article.

PIECE DEMOULDING IN HORIZONTAL POSITION
The mobile structure for mould support is mounted on hydraulic operated device, which carries out the 90° rotation of the mould with the piece inside, for the horizontal demoulding. That enables to the machine to produce:
· Shower trays (up to 1.200x900 mm)
· Console wash basins (up to 1.300x700 mm)
· Kitchen sinks, etc
besides all the other pieces from 2 part mould (wash basins, pedestals, tanks, etc.), because the mould rotation movement can be excluded in the automatic cycle.

SPACE SAVING
The HPC-201T pressure casting plant is highly compact when compared with delivered output.
Only 12.5m2 (5.0m x 2.5m) are required to house the machine corresponding to an area-to-produced-piece index of 0.028 to 0.07 m2/piece.
