HPC 401
4- or 5-parts moulds high pressure casting system for box or open rim WCs and bidet

L'The HPC-401 pressure casting system enables high pressure casting of:

- Box rim WCs with loose parts
- Open rim WCs
- bidets
using microporous resin 4 or 5-part moulds (to which loose parts, if any are added)

The machine can be installed combined with demoulding robots or automatic manipulators – in both cases, fully automated, highly flexible production cells can be created.

OUTPUT
At an average time of about 14 minutes, a single casting module will output of 105 pieces/day. For a 4-module production cell, the cell’s output reaches 400 pieces/day in less than 180m2.
