4- or 5-parts moulds high pressure casting plant with double cavity

The HPC-402 permits the high-pressure casting of

• Open rim closets
• Box rim closets with stick-on rim
• Bidets
using porous resin moulds in 4 or 5 parts.

In combination with a robot, the cell becomes an automatic production unit with high flexibility and performance.

The combination of the unit and a robot makes the cell a complete automatic installation, as it can carry out all production phases without manual intervention, and, in particular:

• Closing and blocking of all mould parts
• Casting cycle and piece formation
• Opening of mould
• Automatic demoulding of the piece and depositing of the same on the conveyor
• Washing of the mould and of internal circuits

This pick gives to the productive cell various advantages with respect to multi-mould systems:

• Rapid mould change thanks to the Fast-In fixing system (GAROLL patented)
• During a change of moulds or a maintenance procedure, only one machine will stop, while all the other machines of the cell will keep on producing
• Possibility of mounting, on the same production cell, different kind of pieces without any problem, as all machines are independent and one mould doesn’t influence all the others
• Possibility of optimizing the machine cycle with respect to the installed mould.

The AP-SR1 productive unit for demoulding of open-rim and stick-on-rim clostes, and of bidet, reaches its maximum productivity by using this kind of machine.
