The HPC-601 pressure casting system enables high pressure casting of:

- Stick-on rim wash down WCs
- Stick-on rim siphon WCs
- bidets
using microporous resin 6 or 7 part moulds (4 or 5 for the WC part and 2 for the rim part)

The features making this machine unique of its kind are:

· Casting the WC and rim moulds on the same machine but using two independent technological cycles (separate, independent controlled circuits)

· Sticking the rim to the WC automatically without need for additional external devices, thus ensuring virtually absolute positioning precision

FLEXIBILITY
The machine is universal in that it can be used for a wide range of product types:

The system’s flexibility is maximised by the engineering of the single-mould machine. This aspect offers significant advantages to the production cell compared to multi-mould systems:
· Very rapid mould changes also thanks to the Fast-In clamping system (Garoll patent)
· At mould change and during maintenance, only one machine is idle while all the other of the same cell continue producing.
· A wide range of piece types can be installed in the production cell because the machines are independent of each other and a single mould cannot in any way influence others in the same cell.
· Possibility of optimising each machine’s cycle according to installed mould.
