LEM-48RA
Automatic demoulding manipulator for closet and bidet.

The LEM-48RA is an automatic manipulator specifically designed and produced by GAROLL, which has sold over 500 of these units, currently in operation worldwide.
It is intended for on-rim demoulding of all types of WCs and bidets:
· Attached rim siphon WCs
· Flushing WCS with rim housing inserts
· Flushing WCS with open rim
· Bidets with open basin or with inserts
· Suspended WCs and bidets.

The LEM-48RA manipulator can automatically demould all moulds installed on the casting line, without any manual action by the line operator.
All movements are activated by direct current motors and are controlled by a drive managing their speed as well as their acceleration and deceleration ramps. In this way, movements are particularly gentle and precise in spite of high speed.

· Mould picked up and clamped with the piece from the casting line
· Rotation through 180°
· Foot core demoulded
· Side sections opened

· Empty mould laid on casting line
· Transfer to next mould
Average cycle time : 65 seconds

CUSTOMISING
Every manipulator has a control panel located on the electrical panel, enabling you to configure the machine according to your specific requirements, and in particular:
· Input of programmed pauses at any stage of the automatic cycle to allow cleaning or talc application.
· Setting of all automatic cycle parameters
· Activation of automatic ejector
· Activation of motor driven transfer of manipulator
· Selection of program for suspended or support WCs (the two programs are stored in the PLC’s memory).
