Robotized trap glazing system for bowl.
On
the robotised GAROLL glazing lines, the glazing of the bowl
traps is performed by a robotised system composed of:
· anthropomorphic robot with 6 movement axes
· self-centring universal gripping tool (GAROLL patent)
· glazing reservoir
· glazing unit
The GAROLL
system performs the glazing of the traps by filling all the
following types of bowl from the bottom to the top:
· bowls with drainage to the floor;
· bowls with drainage to the wall;
· suspended bowls;
· one-piece bowls (with the addition of a device that
permits the locking of the cistern cover during work phases.
Glazing reservoir
The glazing reservoir is the element that fills the piece
with glaze and then empties it.
The connection joint between the glazing circuit and the piece
is mounted on a rotating turntable that is capable of positioning
the joint either horizontally or vertically for the connection
of wall, suspended, or floor drainage bowls.
· stainless steel glazing reservoir;
· self-aligning connection joint mounted on 0-90°
turntable;
· automatic valves for the filling/emptying of the
piece.
