Garoll system for robotized glazing of sanitary ware represents a new concept that, thanks to high modularity and integrability of different components, allows to combine maximum flexibility with total automation of the whole process.

Main target of this new design is simplifying of mechanical components of the line with the observance of automatic execution of all the operations provided in this phase of the process.
In practice, this target has been attained working on two directions:
· Removing all single-function mechanisms
· Utilizing anthropomorphous robots with multi-function which represent high efficiency and flexibility component for the integration of different modules of the line
The final result is a line simple, from mechanical point of view, and easily adaptable to every special requirement.
